Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the total order weight.

Standard Delivery: ~4 business days
Express Delivery: ~3 business days
Priority Delivery: ~2 business days

Note: Deliveries to remote or non-mainland areas may take longer.

📦 Order Weight & Delivery Method

We partner with reliable couriers to ensure your SleekDry products arrive safely and securely:

Orders up to 25kg

Shipped via standard courier
Protective, premium packaging
Delivery date selection available at checkout (where supported)

Orders over 25kg

Shipped via courier or freight service
May require access for unloading
Delivery will be scheduled in advance

📅 Delivery Schedule

Delivery Days: Monday to Friday
No Deliveries: Weekends or public holidays
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same day; after 1 PM, next business day

Missed Deliveries: May incur redelivery charges
Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for fast resolution
